Board of Trustees meetings

The Board of Trustee meetings are held at West Chester Community Administrators offices at the

Alamo Building off of Route 747.

Meetings for the Board of Trustees only are held the forth  Tuesday  of the month at 7:00.    Home owners not appointed to the board are not to attend this meeting.  

There will be a separate Home Owners Forum to be held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00.   For more information on the Home Owners Forum please click HERE

 

The Board of Trustees for the community are persons chosen by the homeowners of the community who are current with their HOA fees, to represent the homeowners of the community.  The Board of Directors are responsible for setting policy, ensuring the community is being run correctly, reviewing finances and setting financial policy, and adopting an annual budget.  The Board of Directors, while a prestigious position, is a demanding position to fill, and the board members have to take the position very seriously.
