Improvements
The new pad near the pool is for addition to the pump house. The addition is
for upgraded equipment for the filter system.
The new addition construction will begin in early April.
Currently our filters costs
the community $1,000 per year. The
new Sand System will cut the need of replacing the filters yearly.
With the sand system we would not have to change the sand for 15 years.
The drain system is also being upgraded to comply with
the federal law “Virginia
Grame Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act.
The tree
line behind the pool is being cleared out and being replaced with Hardy Privet
Hedge. All of the Honey Suckle is being removed.
Hardy Privet Hedge will grow to a max
of 12 to 15 feet tall and can be trimmed or shaped to our liking
Pool Passes
Each resident will be required to obtain a pool pass to use the pool. The form must be filled out submitted prior to using the pool. There is a limit of 4 guest passes per household. If you have a 14 or 15 year old that you permit to use the pool unaccompanied by an adult, you must obtain a Teen Pool Pass for them.; All pool rules apply.
