        Selling  your unit       

 

1.  As soon as you decide to put your unit up for sale, please notify West Chester Community Administrators at 513-860-3120.

 

2. Be aware that the purchaser must complete an application. This application must be in the hands of the community manager BEFORE the closing. Applications can be obtained from the management office. Completed applications should be submitted two weeks prior to closing.

 

3. A new homeowners manual must be in the hands of the purchaser  prior to closing. A new manual can be obtained from the management office with a check made out to "Lake Princeton."

 

4. One "For Sale" sign may be placed in the mulch bed as close to the unit as possible. During an "Open House" one additional sign may be placed at the entrance of the community no sooner than noon of the Friday of the open house. This sign must be taken down by 6 pm on Sunday. Any signs that infringe on these policies will be removed. Removed signs may be recovered by calling West Chester Community Administrators.

 

5. Sold signs must be removed after five days.

 

6. Signs of any kind are not permitted in windows.

 

7. Units are sold only, any signs stating that the unit is for "rent or lease"  will be removed immediately without notification to unit owner.

 

8. Units may not be "Rented or Leased"   If you have questions about this  please contact

Real Estate signs

Real Estate signs are to be placed in your yard only! In the mulch beds during the summer is preferable so they do not get in the way of the landscapers.

Open house signs can be put up at the main entrance only and must be taken down when open house is finished.
