Windows and Doors
Below are the styles of storm doors, patio doors and windows that are permitted. All storm doors are to be of Almond color and without grids. These can be found at most window and door companies and many large hardware and home improvement store such as:
The only style of main entry door approved for Lake Princeton is a Flat Panel Steel Entry Door without window . This must also be painted one of the 4 colors that Lake Princeton has chosen. The paint will be provided. To determine which color your door must be please contact wcca.swohio@gmail.com or call 513-860-3120.
Storm Door
The storm door must be of full view without the middle divider bar. The door must also be clear glass. Decorative glass is not permitted.
Garden View -
Garden View style doors are a single panel hinged patio door that have one panel that swings in or out and one side that is stationary.
French Doors
French Doors (see image) are hinged at the outside of the unit and contain at least two active panels that swing in or out from the center of the unit.
Sliding Doors
