Pets

We all love our animals and enjoy walking them in a clean, safe environment. Dog waste left in the common areas is a health hazard and a nuisance. Please pick up after your pets! We have installed four receptacles for this purpose. Please use them! Please be kind and share the bags provided.

Pet Waste:

If you’re responsible enough to be a pet owner; hold the same responsibility and clean-up your pets’ waste. This is a gross nuisance that intrudes on all others in our community. If you review the Declarations of our Association, you’ll find this to be in violation. Violations of these covenants result in a $75.00 fine. Unpaid fines result in liens on the unit, and so on, through collections to foreclosure.

Stop being ridiculous!

If you’re an owner and feel you can’t adhere to the communities’ guidelines – MOVE!!

Likewise, if you own your unit as a rental and aren’t comfortable reviewing the community code of conduct with your current and/or prospective tenant; then SELL!!

Your dog cannot clean up after itself so "Owners" must take responsibility to clean up after their dogs.

Join in with all of our residents in keeping our common areas clean of dog waste.

Garbage Pick up is Tuesday morning.

You can place your trash out between the hours of 6pm Monday and 6am on Tuesday.

The types of items not picked up by Rumpke are:

Tires,chemicals,care batteries,appliances,furniture.

If you have any of these items to dispose of you, the home owner will need to contact Rumpke.
