POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS
The following pool rules have been adopted by the Lake Princeton Board of
Trustees so that each member can enjoy a safe environment. As the pool is the
property of all Lake Princeton residents, it is the duty of all Lake Princeton
residents to abide by and enforce the rules of the pool.
The pool is for the use of those members who are current in payment of their
assessments.
Pool passes are required to use the pool.
Each individual, including guests,
must have a pass to use the pool.
To obtain a pool pass please fill out the registration form. You can either drop off, mail or fax the form at the address listed at the bottom of the form.

Guests must be accompanied by a member. At
any one time, there is a limit of four (4) guests per household.
The official hours of the pool shall be
from11:00am to 9:00pm (or until dark), open daily from Memorial Day to Labor
Day. The pool will be closed during inclement weather.
For the safety of resident children, children under 14 years of age must be
accompanied by a parent, guardian or baby-sitter. Children are the sole
responsibility of their parents, guardian or adult baby-sitter, who must be
present with the children in the pool area at all times.
Please note:
Forms are available for children 14 and 15 years of age, to allow them
unaccompanied pool privilege.
The forms must be on file. These forms allow parents or guardians to accept
responsibility for pool privileges for their 14-15 year old child; the
unaccompanied child my read and understand the pool rules. They may bring

It is the responsibility of each resident to see that these
rules are enforced in order to maintain a safe pool area for the use and
recreation of all. The Board of Directors for the Community of Lake Princeton
has final authority to deal with problems resulting from infraction of the pool
rules, which may create a safety hazard. In such cases, corrective measures will
be taken, including but not limited to suspension of pool privileges. The Board
of Directors has the obligation and right to suspend the membership and pool
privileges for any member that abuses his or her privilege or creates a safety
hazard for others.
These rules are for your safety and swimming pleasure and may be amended by the
Board of Directors as necessary.

Each individual, including guests,
must have a pool pass to use the pool.
2.
No glass containers are allowed in or around the pool area or
the play area adjacent to the pool
3.
Alcoholic
beverages are not permitted at the pool or the play area.
4.
Smoking is
prohibited at the pool and play area.
5.
Inflatable flotation
devices are not permitted in the pool and pool area . Babies "water wings"
are permitted. No floating rafts loungers, or inner tubes are allowed. An
infraction of this rule will be an immediate and automatic removal of the user
from the pool area.
6.
No pets are permitted in or around the
pool area or in the play area.
7.
No running, pushing or rough horseplay
will be permitted in the pool area.
8.
Throwing of objects in the pool is prohibited.

NO DIVING will be permitted.
10.
Restroom facilities will be open from
the outside during, regular pool hours.
11.
Proper swim attire is to be worn at
all times in the pool. Cut-off jeans and other street clothes are prohibited.
Infants must wear swimming attire and be wearing rubber pants while in the pool;
no diapers or disposable diapers.
12.
Bobby pins, barrettes, coins, water
balloons, etc, that could cause discoloration and/or damage to the pool or
the pool equipment are not permitted.
13.
Pool furniture must not be removed
from the deck or pool area.
14.
Swimming is at your own risk.

membership and pool privileges for any member that abuses his or her privileges
or creates a safety hazard for others.
